The most important factor in member satisfaction is their club experience, and we want to make it easy for you to improve the experience your club offers. Start by answering the question below and we will provide a variety of recommendations (easy, moderate, and ambitious) to help you approach this process.

On the next page, a list of recommendations and resources are provided to support you. We know that not every recommendation will be right for your club, and we encourage you to try a variety of recommendations, which range from easy, to moderate, to ambitious.
