Please answer the following questions to register a project for Community Action for Fresh Water. There are contact information questions followed by a section that asks for details about your project.

It is not a problem if you do not have answers to all of the questions, please fill out as many as you are able and submit this form to tell us about your project. 

We are in the process of developing a more interactive website where participants can get more resources, learn about other projects, connect with other Rotary members doing similar work, and get support for citizen science activities and data collection. As these resources are developed, we will use your contact information to share more information and opportunities surrounding Community Action for Fresh Water. We will use the information about your project to add to an internal list of projects that are going on worldwide. Your project data and contact information will be used for internal purposes only.
