ROTARY RELATIONSHIP FORM 

Thank you for your interest in Rotary. Rotary offers several types of corporate-level partnerships so together we can make a bigger difference in the world. Rotary also engages with organizations through sponsorships.

 

In addition to Rotary’s corporate-level partners, clubs and districts have their own relationships at the local level. 

 

This form provides more information about these relationships and how to contact the appropriate Rotary team with proposals for consideration or questions. At the end of the survey, you will receive a copy of your answers for your reference.
 
Please note that Rotary receives requests from numerous organizations each year. Rotary does not provide funding, endorsement, sponsorship, or in-kind resources to outside organizations but supports Rotary clubs’ projects through grants. Due to the volume of inquiries, we are not able to respond personally to each request.
